You could try Atkins diet, it is basically focusing on decreasing your carbohydrates intakes, combine it with regular exercising and you could see some weight loss results.

Crash diet plans and excessive amount of exercise can cause loose skin after weight loss so try to avoid these types of weight loss programs. Try to aim for 1 to 2 pounds losing per week, make sure of including weight lifting also in your plan else you will end up with lean muscle. Loose skin after ...

Loose skin after weight loss can be prevented by paying attention to your hydration needs. Water being an important part in maintaining elasticity of skin, should be taken at least 2 litres every day. Eating properly can also help you in avoiding loose skin after weight loss. Indeed want to study monocytes. I think I'm going to use PBS/edta and to scrap them with the tips of the pipette. Do you think it's a good idea?
