TIA --> transient ischaemic attack

A transient ischaemic attack is a temporary paralysis, numbness, speech difficulty or other neurologic symptoms that start suddenly and recovers within 24 hours (typically resolve over several hours).

Screening normal DNA for a silent mutation foundIn a patient

... PCR premix" would be something promising. Anybody has any idea any other methods to screen the normal population for such sequence change? TIA.
