(Science: molecular biology) plasmid of agrobacterium tumefaciens, transferred to higher plant cells in crown gall disease, carrying the t dna that is incorporated into the plant cell genome. Used as a vector to introduce foreign dna into plant cells.

... in the methods and then the paper should provide their source. Call the source and ask. I imagine the Harvard or Yale microbial library has the plasmid you are looking for.
