Body Electrical Pulse

Hi, does anyone know the 'type' of electrical 'pulse' which our bodies use, i was looking at tense units and noticed they this pulse type - asymmetric bi-phasic square waves I just wondered if thats the same pulse type which run our bodies, thanks for any help on this.
