effect of temperature on the survival of yeast cells... today haha don't you love ocr The best way of using the indicator i found was to ferment the yeast a bit at whatever temp then shake and using a teat pipette remove a little place 1 drop on a slid then add 1 drop of indicator place a corev slip on and examine the slid under a microscope 400x ...
