... and can be falsely categorised as AIDS. Any statistics emerging from many parts of Africa must be viewed critically, because the local epidemic surveillance is often much behind of the standards we've used to in the industrialised countries.

Each antibody has its own function. For instance, IgA traps antigens on mucosal surface, IgE takes part against allergen, IgG will do surveillance all over the body, etc. We cannot rely only on one isotype of antibody.

Question on circulatory and cardiovascular system

... circulatory system, which we cannot ignore it because it is very important i.e. Lymphatic System. Its circulatory process is called as "surveillance" or patrol system :)
