What do other IBS sufferers use as treatment?... These are the most common. If you find out what vitamins and minerals you might be lessening in your diet while on these diets, take appropriate supplements, or eat other foods that supply those things.

Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... likely be low in Vitamin D and B's & Iron (your gut cannot abssorb the nutrients in the food becuase of the yeast infelction)! Need to take supplements. It will take months to rid the gut of the yeast infection but you will start to notice an incredible imporvement on feeling less fatigue ...
