Results from our forumChlorophyll Supplements... that way. Though I would accept supplementing if a blood test found a certain item to be deficient then I would target that deficiency by using supplements minimally and eating foods high in that item.

Chlorophyll SupplementsDon't need to spend $$ for supplements. Get it fresh with dark leafy greens!!! Besides the chlorophyll, you will get antioxidants also (which do not have a shelf life like the supplements do).
