Word origin: prefix of L. origin meaning "under," from L. preposition sub "under" + NL cellulāris, equiv. to cellul(a) live cell (L: little room).

... do not as same as the text picture showed. So, excepted for some typical structure, our currently technology could not 100% distinguish subcellular structure just by TEM or SEM.
