SSR or Microsatellite MarkersHi everyone, I'm presently developing SSR markers on conifer species and I'm not able to remove the stutter bands. I have tried to increase the temp, decrease the primer concentration, modified the [MgCl2] etc... Do you have an advice for me?? Thanks
