... both a blue and a red light source... i also experimented with intense UV (300w OSRAM) as a sole source of light, and aside from an initial 3 day stutter the plants grew normally (aside from a few little things) and matured quickly. SSR or Microsatellite Markers

Hi everyone, I'm presently developing SSR markers on conifer species and I'm not able to remove the stutter bands. I have tried to increase the temp, decrease the primer concentration, modified the [MgCl2] etc... Do you have an advice for me?? Thanks
