The same old silly question about molarities... in the paper its written like this 20 mM MES 0.4 M mannitol 20 mM KCl 10 mM CaCl2 0.1% BSA 1.5% Cellulase and so on... I know how to prepare each stock solution individually but how can I translate all these molarites and percentages into one volume to work with? lets say I need 10 ml of this ...

How to use PCR enhancer... my reading, it says that i can use 6.7% DMSO or 1.25% Formamide. but i'm confuse the % is from the total PCR reaction or from the concentration of stock. Do you guys have any idea? Thank you.
