A Strange Spider in Da Lat

Okay, I think I found what it is (coincidentally). Possibly a Spiny Orb-weaver , especially as I found one that looks very similar: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/7d/Spider_madagascan.jpg

What's this beetle's english COMMON name?

Hey, Bugz I m confused... It may be chafer... But If it do not have spiny projection on head then I m sure that its "Scarabaeidae"..... its female..some scarab female do not posses horn.. Umm,well It's not "Scarabaeidae",it's "Scarabaeoidea" ...

What's this beetle's english COMMON name?
