sunbock spf 15 gives u about 2 hours of sum block, 30 is about 4 hours, however, for short term use, 15 is better , because sunblock makes ur skin hard to breathe

So, the point is, you've to use sunblock cream when you've to deal with a lot of sunlight..use the SPF 15 is better that SPF 30.... :lol:
