Results from our forumSun............ look at the components of the sunblock, they have the same ingredients, only one chemical compound amount is different, i forget what it is, but SPF 30 has a higher concentration of an ingredient common in multivitamins, i forget what it is though, and it isn't an actual vitamin, so I don't know ...

Sun.........sunbock spf 15 gives u about 2 hours of sum block, 30 is about 4 hours, however, for short term use, 15 is better , because sunblock makes ur skin hard to breathe

Sun.........So, the point is, you've to use sunblock cream when you've to deal with a lot of sunlight..use the SPF 15 is better that SPF 30.... :lol:

Persistant Coughing... I get sunburn easily (too much time spent on howstuffworks.com and http://www.pbnation.com ). I put sunblock on, but that didn't last long at all (SPF 65!), so I had to sit in one of the empty buildings for about an hour until I cooled off, and even then I sat in the shade outside.
