A gram-negative flagellated bacteria of the Eschericiae group, responsible for dysentery in humans. Infection by drinking contaminated water is common.

Help with unkown

... + urea - cysteine desulfurase hydrogen sulfide production. Citrate - phenylalanase - litmus milk - Lysine decarboxylase - I think it's Shigella flexneri, but i would love a second opinion.
