Is possible for natural selection to change the code?

i have read that the overall of protein charge should be neutralized. And proteins have more Ala, and less His, Cys, Pro, Ser and Leu than would be expected from codon multiplicities alone. can i say that natural selection can change the code?

The normal process of transcription requires:

... (DNA template) -> aaaaugcccuccuaacua (mRNA product) Translation: mRNA -> protein aaaaugcccuccuaacua (mRNA template) -> Met-Pro-Ser (peptide product) See if you can figure out the right answer by looking at the examples.
