trade name for a cross linked dextran gel in bead form used for gel filtration columns: by varying the degree of cross linking the effective fractionation range of the gel can be altered.

HELP: osteoclasts purification

I want to get a pure populaiton of pre-osteoclasts from mouse bone marrow cells. I've read papers uing Sephadex G-10 column to purify bone marrow cells to get pure pre-osteoclasts. Does anybody know how this column work? How can it deplet other cell tpyes? THANKS A LOT!
