Lysosomes, Vesicles, and the Golgi... I'm talking about the golgi apparatus itself and from which parts of the apparatus do lysosomes form, and also where transport vesicles fuse and secretory vesicles come off.

interpreting a TEMWhite circles = high transmission, so my guess is they are vacuoles or vesicles inside a more electron-dense cell. Mutations in the secretory pathway can cause accumulation of these vesicles (see page three of this pdf ).
