Results from our forumwhich vitamin is important for health of bones and teeth?... strong bones due to it's effect on calcium metabolism. Vitamin C is not directly linked with bone strength, but the lack of C eventually leads to scurvy which of course can damage one's teeth - though this is because of the damage to the connective tissue, not the teeth themselves.
