Side note: When I add SDS loading buffer to the eluted samples a lot of white precipitate falls out... ...

Bio-rad....!!!!... horizontal and vertical streaks, poor resolution even though be de-salt very well. Also are technique for preparation in good we know.... due ... let me know... we've even made are own reagents (Buffers, loading dyes etc.) from top quality suppliers and accroding to bio-rads own ...
