DiGeorge Anomaly - Related Diseases

As a homework assignment, we were given a case study and asked to diagnose the disease. I have come to the conclusion that "my patient" ... In addition, soon after the birth, the baby suffers from a chronic runny nose and it develops numerous persistent infections, including pneumonia.
