It is used in polishing glass, metal, or gems, and as a cosmetic, etc. Called also crocus, jeweler's rouge, etc. 2. A cosmetic used for giving a red colour to the cheeks or lips. Careers in Environmental Biology... an enviro degree. No big deal of course, since that means I get to move back to my home town for two years! I'll probably be coming back to Baton Rouge after I graduate to pursue a doctorate at Louisiana State University. So it's an exciting future to look forward to!

Need help!!molecular cloning... works in mysterious ways. If you only had one colony from the final ligation/transformation, then I would be suspicious that you picked up a rouge plasmid from somewhere.
