Effective for the animals in the river

i tbhink the question was posed as if one river was changing salinity. about the answer: depends on the fish. some fish, like genus Salmo can withstand incredible changes of salinity.

Morgellon's or ..........flies, or .......

... from unknown reason, i think a it was a parasite of tropical water (fish) (amazon river) area, was all prior to the initial bite from unknown vector.
