Rhonchial

rhonchial

(Science: medicine) Of or pertaining to a rhonchus; produced by rhonchi. Rhonchial fremitus, a dull roaring or murmuring.

(Science: clinical sign) A vibration of the chest wall that may be felt by the hand laid upon its surface. It is caused in the production of rhonchi in the bronchial tubes.
