... immunity? Your body can't FIGHT or counteract the cold as it fights an infection (unless you are actually talking about the actual COLD a.k.a. rhinovirus, among others), so even if it is true that exercise increases immunity, it doesn't have anything to do with it! You feel hotter when you ...
