Results from our forumvalves... murmurs are abnormal heart sounds caused by: 1. blood forced to a narrowed valve opening 2. backwards flow through a valve that did not close (regurgitation) thus c and d are both correct (c when the heart is in systole and d when the heart is in diastole)
