Multiple alignment tools... sequences that range from 10000 to 30000 bp in length with an average lenght of about 20000. The only way I know to do it is to download FASTA, reformat in notepad or word then use CLUSTALW. However, this would be a very lenghtly procedure . Does anyone know easy-to-use Software for figures?... i just have Photoshop and it always rasterizes the .ai file files and flattens it on opening. So it would be very nice if someone could reformat them in any Photoshop-usable format (without harming any copyrights, but i think since it is open source it should be OK?) and post it here...

The Fiber Disease... deleted already? I do see the John was back on Sept. 8th to edit his posts. :?: If it was deleted then it should still not be a problem, we just reformat and type the info from the printouts.
