radiate ligament --> radiate ligament of head of rib

The radiate, stellate, or anterior costovertebral ligament connecting the head of each rib to the bodies of the two vertebrae with which it articulates.

Synonym: ligamentum capitis costae radiatum, ligamentum radiatum, radiate ligament, stellate ligament.
