Results from our forumperoxidase screening for actinomycetes... on oat meal agar for 10 days in dark at 27 oC. Make wells of 1.0 cm in diameter. Drop one drop of hydrogen peroxide following by one drop of pyrogallic acid. Leave it for 15 – 30 minutes to see the result. Use 95% ethanol as control. But i can't seem to find any article citing this method ...
