I am not sure if this is the correct thread. But I plan to purchase 30% purity Triacontanol to make my own growth juice instead of buying expensive branded ones such as Nirvana of Advanced Nutrients. Why pay extra for the "name" when we should ...

In our lab, we do not produce recombinant protein, we purchase them for inhibition assay.... but I think I could try to use his-tagged hiv-protease, N and C termini are not closer to active site thank you for your reply!!!
