well, what do you mean by "cell activity"? There are specific procedures for looking at specific molecules, organelles or pathways.

... is your daughter? The Regenobody stem cell draws only Adult stem cells from a person, so I am assuming that they won't work on kids (most of their procedures are for diseases of the ageing). I would look at a stem cell place that specifically takes kids (if your daughter has not yet reached puberty).

It takes practise and being taught how to exercise procedures properly, for eg - holding a pipette (something I was never taught at uni) and how to aim it into a well to prevent contamination.
