Is possible for natural selection to change the code?i have read that the overall of protein charge should be neutralized. And proteins have more Ala, and less His, Cys, Pro, Ser and Leu than would be expected from codon multiplicities alone. can i say that natural selection can change the code?

If you want to claim that there is literally zero chance for something to happen, you need a rigorous mathematical proof - nothing else is sufficient. I was not talking about mutations, obviously.
