Prednisone stimulates Th1 but enhances th2 when discontinuedPrednisone blocks il-4 and il-10 thus increasing interferon gamma, an integral part of th1. But after it is discontinued, the il-4 and il-10 are worse than before the prednisone was started. Why is this?
