Meiosis division

There are two subsequent divisions with only one preceding replication. Thus, in the beginning you have 2n cell, replication -> 92 alleles -> 1st division = 46 alleles (2n) -> 2nd division = 23 alleles (1n)

... such case acceptors A and B would be reduced. If you inhibited the third enzyme, acceptors A, B and C would be reduced. My point is, that all the preceding acceptors will be reduced and all the consequent acceptors will be oxidised. Similarly you will make it with your example ;)

PCR Accuracy?

the mutation probability should be the same for each nucleotide. The polymerase doesn't know, whether is the preceding chain long 20 or 2000 nucleotides ;)
