(Science: chemical) 17r,21 alpha-dihydroxy-4-propylajmalinium. A derivative of the rauwolfia alkaloid ajmaline. It is an anti-arrhythmia agent, but may cause liver damage.

Pharmacological action: anti-arrhythmia agents.
