The gyrus bordered by the central sulcus in front, the postcentral sulcus at the back, the medial longitudinal fissure at the middle, and the lateral sulcus underneath.


Supplement

The primary somatosensory cortex is located in the postcentral gyrus. This area is involved in the sense of touch.
