Fixing CFSE labeled cells

Hi all, I want to label cells with CFSE, culture them, collect cells at different time points and analyse them all at once by flow cytometry. I was planning to fix the cells with 75% ethanol after collecting them. Is this possible / reliable? Or does fixation / storage affect the signal? And another ...
