petit mal

(Science: neurology) A type of seizure (absence seizures) that in contrast to the grand mal seizure, are noted for their brevity and for the degree of loss of awareness (brief staring spell) accompanied by minimal motor manifestations. A common form of childhood epilepsy.

... lobe epilepsy. It was injury indused. It seems to be getting better though. She only seemed to have what i believe is called Partially complex petit mall seisures. She only rarely had grand mall seisures, usually caused by alcohol. Thanks for the info ~Ryan R.
