Perseverance

perseverance

1. The act of persevering; persistence in anything undertaken; continued pursuit or prosecution of any business, or enterprise begun. The king-becoming graces . . . Perseverance, mercy, lowliness. Whose constant perseverance overcame Whate'er his cruel malice could invent. (milton)

2. Discrimination.

3. Continuance in a state of grace until it is succeeded by a state of glory; sometimes called final perseverance, and the perseverance of the saints. See Calvinism.

Synonym: persistence, steadfastness, constancy, steadiness, pertinacity.

... we should charge more, so there will be more cash to go around. :wink: after all, detective work is hard and requires huge amounts of stamina and perseverance , not to mention being willing to sit in front of the computer screen for so long that you start to turn green... :twisted:
