peritonitis

(Science: pathology) inflammation of the peritoneum, a condition marked by exudations in the peritoneum of serum, fibrin, cells and pus. It is attended by abdominal pain and tenderness, constipation, vomiting and moderate fever.

SARS drug question

... The drug Cinanserin is considered to be an effective form of treatment against SARS. Would Cinanserin also be effective against Feline Infectious Peritonitis being that they are similar corona viruses? Thanks for any help that you may give me.
