Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... the Special K2O protein water mixes to have a differetn type of flavor added to my water. Its been working for me. However, i did try to eat a peanut butter sandwich the other day with only one bread folded in half, and i bloated pretty quickly and felt ill again, so i did cut out Bread completely. ...
