Prep. of 50X TAE buffer

... prepare my solution in PBS but in water. So take your PH meter, weigh your EDTA and add it to 80ml MQwater, then take a pipette, 10M NaOH and be patient.

K562 cells for eryhtroid expression

Hi : Can anyone explain to me why K562 cells (obtained from CML patient) are used for erythroid expression studies? What is the relation between the CML and the erythroid cell lines?

How would Gene Proteins Work as A Vaccine?

... as A Vaccine if I am learning to understand the Chromosome structure, would that only apply to the DNA of which or whom I am studying v.s. another patient or test subject. Or does that mean I have to find out the Gene Protein as well as the Chromosome that is equal to the species I am studying. ...
