Pallister-Killian Syndrome

(Science: syndrome) A condition with multiple malformations at birth and mental retardation due to isochromosome 12p mosaicism (an abnormal chromosome 12 in some cells).

PKS is a mosaic disorder, and therfore manifesting itself differently in each person. while the aforementioned is true for some of the cases, it may not be for other individuals. For more info about this syndrome you may view http://www.pksonline.org

... the list would be much smaller and only a very few entities such as the Pallister-Hall syndrome and Greig syndrome (but there would usually be other things to see in either of these ...
