Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... I read that sprouts offer so much more nutritional value than raw vegetables (i.e., brocolli sprouts, radish sprouts, etc.) Many also have anti-oxidants, protein, fiber, etc. Has anyone had much luck with sprouting?

I'm allergic to any sugars!... Other natural chemicals which commonly cause reactions and cross reactivity include amines, monosodium glutamate (MSG), nitrates and some anti-oxidants. Chemicals involved in aroma and flavour are often suspect.[/b]
