need info -BILATERAL GENU VALGUS

... greater trochanter and knee straps. Any active rickets should be controlled by vitamin D theraphy. In case with severe deformity, a supracondylar osteotomy of the femur (Macewen's osteotomy) is done to correct the deformity.
