orciprenaline sulfate --> metaproterenol sulfate

3,5-Dihydroxy-alpha-[(isopropylamino)methyl]benzyl alcohol sulfate;a sympathomimetic bronchodilator used for the treatment of bronchial asthma and in chronic obstructive lung disease. It has relatively greater effect on b2-adrenergic receptors than b1, conferring some selectivity in relaxing bronchiolar smooth muscle as compared with cardiac stimulation.
