Oncotic

Would somebody please explain to me the difference between oncotic pressure and hydrostatic pressure and they relate to fluid shift in the body?

Well...ECF is made up protein which helps maintain oncotic pressure. It has bicarb, which is a buffer (helps regulate pH levels), it is what produces mucous in our respiratory and GI systems...ummm...it makes up our CSF (Cerebral Spinal Fluid)....Ummm.. ...
