Cell wall lysis

Lysozyme, or concentrated lysozyme, at least, may help. Oddly enough, it is in your saliva, and it lysis cell walls. I don't actually know if it would work, so maybe someone will criticize me and provide a better answer.... but you could try it?

... camp, though. Classification has always bored me unless you can discuss it the way Gould could. But my daughter has a great teacher this year (oddly enough, not her honors biology teacher, but rather, her veterinary sciences instructor) who seems to be able to make classification come alive ...
