nuisance

That which annoys or gives trouble and vexation; that which is offensive or noxious.

Nuisances are public when they annoy citizens in general; private, when they affect individuals only.

Origin: OE. Noisance, OF. Noisance, nuisance, fr. L. Nocentia guilt, fr. Nocere to hurt, harm; akin to necare to kill. Cf Necromancy, Nocent, Noxious, Pernicious.

... them removed, I would say, go for it. I think that if the jaw is too short to accomodate them they can push the other teeth and cause even more nuisance, but I am not 100% sure of that. Hey! crooked teeth might negatively affect your fitness, so if you keep them, you might improve the gene pool ...
