Nuisances are public when they annoy citizens in general; private, when they affect individuals only.

Origin: OE. Noisance, OF. Noisance, nuisance, fr. L. Nocentia guilt, fr. Nocere to hurt, harm; akin to necare to kill. Cf Necromancy, Nocent, Noxious, Pernicious.

anyone work with SeaPlaque Agarose

... plate at 4oC over night. The gel solidified well when I took the plate out the 4oC, but only after 6hrs putting on 37oC all the gel melted. It so nuisance because I cannot go forward to the next top agar. How can it happen and how to solve the problem? I did it about 40 times and I was successful ...
