(Science: chemical) 2-chloro-10-(3-(hexahydropyrrolo(1,2-a) pyrazin-2-(1h)-oxopropyl-10h-phenothiazine. Coronary vasodilator with a novel mechanism of action; proposed as antianginal agent.

Pharmacological action: vasodilator agents.
