nervus interosseus cruris --> crural interosseous nerve

(Science: anatomy, nerve) A nerve given off from one of the muscular branches of the tibial nerve which passes down over the posterior surface of the interosseous membrane supplying it and the two bones of the leg.

Synonym: nervus interosseus cruris, interosseous nerve of leg.
