Fixing my own sleeping problem... I'll get to sleep at a regular time is to a) not get enough sleep (6-7hrs) the night before or b) work my @$$ off during the day. Oh, and taking a nap, even for 15 minutes, in the late afternoon totally messes with my ability to go to sleep when I go to bed. One more thing that works sometimes ...

Re: Stomach bloating and weight gain... doesn't do anything for me. Sometimes I'm so tired when I walk, I walk with my eyes closed! I've had to pull the car into a parking to take a nap sometimes because I could barely lift my head or open my eyes. And that was after 10 hours of sleep!
